A farmhouse refurbishment in Atxondo

The Iturtitza farmhouse is an 17th-century building with an area of 800 m2 that remarkably maintains its masonry walls and its interior structure of timber beams and oak wood pillars in very good condition.

One of the main challenges of the project is to effectively distribute the space and size the installations for various occupancy scenarios.

The farmhouse features a spacious living-dining room of nearly 100 m2, a cinema room, common leisure spaces, and a total of 10 bedrooms – with one of them fully accessible on the ground floor.

On the outside, in addition to the entrance porch, there are several terraces with magnificent views of Mount Anboto.
